General Provisions

777sx is an online gaming platform that provides live casino, slot games, and sports betting services for Bangladeshi players. These terms apply between 777sx ("Platform", "we") and you ("user", "member").

• These terms have been written in English and are specifically prepared for Bangladeshi players.

• Each person may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts will result in immediate closure and the associated balance may be forfeited.
• All information provided during registration must be true, accurate, and up to date. 777sx reserves the right to close any account where false information is provided.
• 777sx may request a national ID card or other proof documents for verification at any time.

Account Management

Keeping your 777sx account secure is your responsibility. The following account rules must be strictly followed:

• Keep your login details (username and password) completely confidential and do not share them with any third party.
• You are fully responsible for all activity carried out from your account.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the 777sx support team immediately.
• Transferring, selling, or renting your account is strictly prohibited.
• Accounts that remain inactive for a long period may be temporarily suspended.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions at 777sx are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). The following payment methods are available for secure and fast payments on the platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including various Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500 via any method.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳800.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Usually completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawal requests may only be made through the same method used for the deposit, unless there is a specific reason to use a different one.
• Account verification may need to be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Applicable wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Deposited funds may only be used for gaming purposes; using the platform for money laundering is not permitted.

Bonuses & Promotions

Bonuses and promotional offers at 777sx are granted subject to specific conditions. Separate terms apply to each offer.

Welcome Bonus:

• New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving you a total of ৳2,000 to play with.
• Wagering requirement: you must wager 15x the bonus amount. Example: for a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳15,000 in bets before winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit and bonus combined.
• Only bets placed with the bonus balance will count toward the wagering requirement.
• After claiming a bonus, the wagering requirement must be completed within a specified time limit; otherwise the bonus will be cancelled.

Fair Play Policy

777sx is a fair play platform. We are committed to ensuring an equal and fair experience for every player. The following policies apply to everyone:

• All games are operated using verified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
• The use of cheating, software tools, or automated bots in any game is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to collude with other players to control game outcomes will result in immediate account closure.

• If suspicious activity is detected, 777sx may temporarily suspend an account for investigation.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited on the 777sx platform. Violating these rules may result in account termination, balance forfeiture, and legal action:

• Using the platform for money laundering or legitimizing illegal funds.
• Opening an account using a false identity or forged documents.
• Playing games using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
• Colluding with other players or employing fraudulent strategies.
• Exploiting technical errors on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing, intimidating, or threatening other players.

Privacy & Data Protection

Limitation of Liability

777sx always strives to provide uninterrupted service, but temporary disruptions may occur due to technical reasons. 777sx's liability is limited in the following areas:

• 777sx is not liable for losses caused by the user's own device or network problems.
• 777sx is not liable for losses caused by a user sharing their account details with others.
• 777sx reserves the right to correct any balance or winnings incorrectly displayed due to a technical error.
• 777sx is not liable for losses caused by force majeure events, such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government intervention.

Changes, Suspension & Termination

777sx reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. A notice will be published on the platform before changes take effect.

• Members will be informed in advance of any changes to service conditions, bonus structure, or payment methods.
• 777sx reserves the right to close an account without prior notice in the event of a rule violation.
• Members may also request account closure at any time through the support team.
• Any valid balance at the time of account closure (subject to bonus conditions being met) will be returned.
• In the event of any dispute regarding these terms, 777sx's decision shall be considered final.
